Despicable service! Not only A&B Vacuum Services (Baz the 'repair' man) did not fix my Miele vacumm cleaner, he broke it's hose and never replaced it - despite guaranteeing he d replace it w a new and original one. I was left to pay for a new hose and yet again to have the hoover properly repaired.
Any attempt to contact A&B was met with silence.
Company and Baz are a total SCAM!

Despicable service, not only Baz (the 'repair' man) didn't fix my Miele Vacuum Cleaner, he broke its hose and never replaced it, despite saying that hose d b replaced by a new original one! Leaving me to buy a new hose and having to pay again to have Hoover finally repaired.
Any attempt to contact A&B was met with silence.
Company and Baz are a total SCAM :(
