I had been prior to this place for just a haircut, which I was happy with. Upin my second visit I fancied some highlights.. it went very wrong and I ended up in that salon for just over 3.5hrs because the product uses had turned my hair Ginger!! Other hairdressers in the area commented on this hairdresser... saying it does not surprise them.. so anyway after Dawn kept trying to convince me my hair was fine and the Burning of my scalp that I told her at least 3 times was bad.. Dawn replied each time it wont be the products.. you could tell she was not happy to be told this... but it was genuinly burning me... after leaving thos salon and Paying £30 with a tip because I felt bad she stayed for 3.5hrs on my hair because her husband and her missed tea together... made me feel bad... it was only when i got home and literally cried... I spent a good few days with scalp lumps that hurt.. I have since been back to book an appointment asking about a different colour that she made sound like she would do it for nothing to correct my hair... to be met by it will be a further £40 and oh your hair looks lovely :-/

I suffer with mental health problems as dawn is aware of, but yet she messed my hair up with it going Ginger and still charged me and Did not believe me when I said at least 3 Times that my scalp was burning. Very unhappy.. but made to feel like ita my fault so all i can do is grin and bear my new colour... within a few days the grey in my hair at the top had come through... but i did wash ot a lot to try and sooth the scabs that had formed....
