Mr. Grogan carried out exterior work on my property last September (2013). Approximately one month after completion of the work, the paint had started to bubble/peel off and is now very unsightly. It took a many months to be able to contact Mr. Grogan due to his poor communication skills, or perhaps his avoidance. To date, he has not even been to look at his substandard work, never mind rectify the work or refund my money. Excuse after excuse after excuse he has had. Cowboy tradesman, if he even is a time served/qualified tradesman at all!!!!!

My advise to anyone reading this, move onto the next decorator on the list and steer well clear of Stephen Grogan.
