They didn't turn up when they were meant to and didn't call to confirm and give me a time as they said they would. They then did come at a random time when I was not in and then despite it only being 10 minutes later that I got back, refused to come back that day. This now leaves me with still no boiler and no plumber and yet more days of cold showers.
They did offer to reschedule at some point, but I couldn't see any point in bothering. I'm sure the plumber is perfectly competent but the woman who books his appointments is completely pointless.
