Used to be a good practice with caring professionals but since they spent a lot of money refurbishing the premises, they have completely changed. There is zero personal care towards owner and pet. Occasionally, depending on the receptionist, your pet might be acknowledged.
They have become money mad. Everything is about getting the most money out of you. I hate leaving this review but as an animal lover I'm afraid that they are doing procedures to maximize their profit margins and not in the interest of the animal. All our friends and colleagues have now moved away from this and the Alsager branch for the same reason.
