I called long distance to book an appointment for my mums upcoming birthday, I called on a sunday to see if there was an answering service that would give me the times and hours of operation. The phone was answered to my great surprise by a loud chav saying "Wot?" like I was bothering her. I said I had called long distance, and she hung up on me. I called back thinking it was a mistake-and she was even ruder still, telling me that she was justified "because it was a sunday". Obviously there is a problem with this snarky individual, and I'm not taking it personally-but I wanted to post that I will not be calling back to pay for services in the salon-and will try to get mum an appointment in another friendlier shop. Salons are dime a dozen, and rudeness of that level is destructive and unacceptable. 08-03-15
