Called in today for a battery. Maxine went through to the back to tell them there was a customer waiting. No one came out. Rang the bell . No one came out . Waited 10 minutes. No one came out. Gave up
Since the take over, service is appalling. Good job there are other motor factors in Rochdale who do want the business!
