I had the worst experience in my life with the services and staff attitude provided by this company.
The lady who is working in this shop Galina, is very rut and her attitude is very unprofessional.
She treat the clients without respect and on a bad manner and probably her boss doesn`t know about it.
Never in my life I will use their services and will recommend to everyone to triple check their products when they will take it back because they don`t delivery the quality of the products and in special if you have to use their tailor services you have to be very careful because in my case they damaged my wedding dress. I gave the long one and I received after few days the short one and I was shocked. After 18 days I still try to find a way to get in touch with the owner or the Manager of the company but is impossible. So, my opinion is to be very careful with the services provided by this company 30-05-14
