I employed Rhino removals to empty a 2bedroon flat. The guys were friendly and efficient. However I had one piece of furniture that was important to me and emphasised I needed it treated with special care. When I arrived at the storage facility the dresser was damaged. I rang to complain, answer machine. I heard nothing from Paul by way of explaination or apology. He did however contact me with the invoice in very good time!. I think this is poor customer service. When I emailed my concerns he simply said that the damage would be 'easily fixed', and pretty much dismissed my objections. I will pay the bill but I would not use them again nor could I recommend them to others.
