Some of the reception staff go out of their way to be unhelpful, especially on the phone. Reception often demand to know what you're calling about so they can push you onto nursing staff or nurse practitioners - I don't feel they are qualified to act as triage nurses. They don't have enough doctors so you can't make an appointment unless it is on the same day. If you actually get to see a doctor, many of them don't bother listening to what you're telling them about your symptoms and are so short of time that all they want to do is get you out of their office so they can see the next patient. The practice never calls with the results of tests and investigations and are very slow at putting details of letters from hospitals and other clinics onto their system. The only reason this practice doesn't get one star is because of the nursing staff, who are much better. 08-10-15
