The 3day course i have just been to was very helpful and i have learnt new information which has changed from my last course, i know what i have learnt could and will make a difference in someone's life weather it be my own or someone else's. My trainer for the session AKA matt was amazing top marks from me and id say the hole class of 9 , he was very helpful , understanding , and very good at keeping the hole group in the game of learning 10 out of 10.

I my self am looking forward to my next training session with him , heads up mate im back in a years time.
