Wow, this was the worst customer service experienced ever, came from London for an appointment first the manager or the owner wasn’t there had to wait 2 hours, when she finally did arrive worst possible service, felt she had an hangover from the night before she was rude, however the dress purchased was nice but when worn it started to rip and later found out it was a fake shouldn’t really be surprised the shop was a shamble her slagging of other shop and designers really Je Roche concentrate on your own failing business absolutely disgusted with Je Roche as an entity. I’ve had to give it one star because zero stars can not be given. Absolutely pathetic £850 wasted on a fake
