Solar Panels installed in the 2nd quarter of 2013. Part of the sales package was a yearly visit to clean the panels and do a system check for 5 years post installation. This was a fundamental reason as to why I chose Renewable Solutions Team.

However over 3 years have passed and despite telephone calls, emails and promises by the company that they would attend absolutely nothing has materialised.

After sales service abysmal !!

Ok when installing the panels but try and get them to carry out maintenance.
I had my panels installed over to years ago and promised that they would service the panels after one year. It has been over two years now and despite phone calls and a visit to see the maintenance manager face to face, at which he promised a visit on a Tuesday, this didn't happen
. After a phone call I was told that maintenance had been moved to the weekend and a visit would be arranged for Saturday, again that didn't happen. The last time I phoned, I was told it would be sorted but again I have been ignored.
