It is now January 2015 and my one replacement UPVC window was fitted ion June 2014. Despite numerous phone calls and apologies, the company have not replaced part of the outside of the window which had handles wrongly attached, or replaced the handles to the inside.

There is absolutely no customer service and I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
