Needed a charger late on a Saturday night called the 24 hour number and within ten minutes I had a new charger! Outstanding customer service cannot recommend highly enough! Best service I’ve had in years!

My laptop was on 'Windows Vista' which wasn't working to well as it was out of date,so Master Mobile put Windows 10 on it for me..I haven't looked back since..Thank you Master Mobile.Other business's tried to get me to buy a 'refurbished' laptop with windows 10 on it,for £180..?! Why would I want to do that when there was nothing wrong with my own laptop?! Also I could buy a 'brand new' laptop for £299....I certainly would recommend Master Mobile and wish them all the best for their future...

Highly recommend this shop, all staff really polite and helpful. Have had to take a number of phones to be mended recently. KIDS!!!
They explained why I was having problem with the phone, options i had, how much it would cost and how long the parts/work was guarenteed for.
They were done really quickly (some while I waited 30 mins max) and didnt break the bank balance and I now have some happy kids again.
