Never use this contractor. They try to over charge, intimidate to cut corners and use cheaper unspecified materials. Smiles pre-contract soon turn to snarls and anger once the job starts. My advice, avoid at all costs. If you must use them, employ a full time project manager, otherwise the costs will be sky high and the finished product will be late and of dubious quality.
