Last night /early morning I had a knock on the door. I got out of bed to answer the door and a police officer should me his ID through the window and I opened the door. Whilst on patrol he had noticed that a window was slightly open and enquired if I was OK. I explained that whilst in our cat who lives in hallway sometimes went out of the window at night as they do.

The officer was very polite and alert as he noticed something which it would have been simple to ignore.
