They charged us for more wall panels then they needed to use; their new shower wasn’t sealed properly and water leaked to the room below; after they washed their hands of us, the floor of the bath cracked because its base had not been correctly supported and the carpet in the room below was flooded, resulting in us having to buy a new bath at our own expense.
