Otley Stoves have just fitted two fires (one solid fuel and one gas) in our home along with two chimney flues, and gas plumbing - quite a bit of work. Work commenced on the day agreed and ran pretty smoothly over 3 days despite an initial let- down by the supplier of one of our chosen fires (not Otley Stoves fault). The fitters who attended were very friendly and seemed really knowledgable about all aspects of installation. I can't deny that the work generates a certain amount of dust and soot but the team took pains to clear up the mess. When the work was complete they explained how to care for and maintain our new fires and supplied two carbon monoxide detectors. We are delighted with our fires. Overall I would rate the standard of workmanship as very high and would have no hesitation in recommending Otley Stoves to others.

Love the stove - such a shame about the extremely poor service and complete lack of communication. Several dates arranged and confirmed - but no one turned up or contacted us about it. 1 year on and the work is still incomplete. So disappointed
