I cannot recommend HAC Roofing (Holon Asphalte) for any contract or works. I have used them privately and find them to be of a poor standard (in terms of design, workmanship and professionalism). They installed a new conservatory roof, at my home, which did not fit (at least 1cm gap all the way along the front top edge). They had to be called back several times, to carry out remedial/snagging works, such as to fit an extra external fascia board and internal/external mastic to prevent draughts. These works have proved to be not to the required standard (as they are still draughts - a totally unacceptable situation for a new roof). Also there is water beading on one side of the new roof and they refuse to inspect it. They also refuse to make good the poorly laid down mastic (which is undoubtedly contributing to the draughts) or remove the defunct foam sealant (that looks unsightly).The company refuses to return to my home to correct the work citing reasons that are not applicable. I have suffered stress and increased heating bills due to using this company. Again I say this is not a good company to use. My view is that they need to improve their customer service and review their internal quality checks for the works they carry out. They also need to be more reasonable to having open discussions with their clients they are in dispute.
