Malcolm williams I'd like too say a big thank you too all the reception staff four being so friendly and half full too joan and me I'd also like too thank the doctor s four all the care thay gave too joan and me especially joan I'm sad too say the after a lot off thinking joan and I have now left the surgery as iv say have had problems talking too the doctor iv been seeing I have autism and have not been able too connect with him his way he has looked at my illness have gave me so much worry and stress I now fell my illness have got unsettled and when my wife joan who is also my carer and see found it hard too talk too him which is not like her I base my life on trusting people and I'm sad that iv not been able too fell I can put my trust in my doctor so I would just like too finish by say a very big thank you too all on reception and the doctors that did understand me and a very big thank you too all the nurse s best wishes from joan and me
