Bought a bed and it was two completely different beds put together, headboard didn't match the bottom part, there was also a foul smell of fish from it, I got a replacement sent out and the velvet was put on the bed in all different directions making the bed look different colours, the side panel was dented, the diamonties all chipped, I am now left with the horrid bed as the store owner is refusing to refund or replace the bed, I am now in touch with trade and standards and going thro the proses of the faulty goods act, first and last time I will shop at this store, please be aware of buying anything from this store 15-09-16
