Ordered and paid for a skip in July - no skip. After several attempts, got through by phone a week later, promised skip next day - still no skip. Subsequent phone calls met answer machine with full memory. Wrote three letters to both addresses, but no action, refund or reply. Eventually wrote letter threatening debt recovery - provoked phone call saying 'Haven't you had our cheque' - not believed, but refund cheque came next day. This firm is not even worth one star.

Again do not use! I cannot stress the shear un-professionalism that this company shows! Ordered a skip turned up towards the end of the day we wanted it for, pretty much called as soon as the skip was full and now nearly two weeks later it is still on our drive and we always get a "yeah will pick it up today" or the voice mail when we ring.

Utter shambles!!!

Very poor service. Had a skip delivered 5 weeks ago, asked for it to be collected later the same day, and another 4 times since. It has still not been collected. Absolute appalling service. Would not recommend. Use one of the reputable skip hire companies in Sheffield.
