We just had the worst experience ever and I will not give them even half or quarter a star. Bad communication regarding removal of the old furniture and we had to sleep of the floor for a long time before we got the bed although we had asked that the old bed room should only be removed couple of days before we get the new bed. the new bed is not the same as the one we chose. although they have admitted that we were not fully informed that we are not going to have the same headboard when we made some changes about it, the answer was only sorry nothing can be done. I has been a pain all the time dealing with them. I will not buy anything from that shop again.

Spent over £3000 on two leather sofas less than 3 years ago. Something went "twang" on the sofa which has hardly been used. Rang shop, not interested as only 12 month manufacturers guarantee. I'll never go back there again

We have had a terrible experience with Lefton's furniture group. They made a massive mistake which they admitted full liability for however have left my family of seven with nothing to sit on in our own home. They have no regard for you and had a disgusting attitude about the whole thing DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I don't even want to give them one star however i have too!
