I bought an 6m3 RO skid c/w Carbon filter and a duplex water softener. It was delivered in January 2013 but due to construction delays it was not commissioned until July 2013. On commissioning it was discovered that the softener water meter was not working correctly. This was reported to Jason. For Euraqua to replace the meter I had to buy a meter off them and they would issue a credit on return.
It was January when I returned to site to and changed out the meter.
Euraqua UK refused to credit as it was a year old.

I will never use EuraquaUK again.
