Moron of a "car parking/turning Gestapo like character. Road was blocked. Needed to turn around. No choice but to quietly enter their cap park and turn around. Signs say " No parking or Turning". Such signs have no legal remit. Not enforceable in law. Also, in ENGLISH law, TRESPASS is also not a criminal offence unless willful damage is being perpetrated. The moron "parking Zealot" clearly has nothing to do. He should shove his attitude where the sun does not shine. He was lucky that I didn't stick one on him. Arsehole.
