Awful service, you get what you pay for!! Also I had a mystery debit of £10.00 on the credit card I used to pay for the rental, turned out Pheonix van hire had taken this payment as a late return fee??? How would they know I returned the van late, when there's never anybody at there shabby porta cabin office, I posted the van keys throw the letterbox as I was told by the owner of this sham company on time....Idiot company.
