We have looked into this matter and the driver responsible is no longer working for us .
We always take complaints very seriously .

I live in LS16 and chose New Furlongs for the good prices and pleasant service. However, the past couple of trips have caused me to seek out another company. The drivers that brought me to this decision drove
an indirect route to Horsforth even though I commented on this, and then charged me a pound over my usual rate. I find this disappointing and also foolish ad we local regulars must make up a good proportion of the business. We also exchange opinions on the local service and recommend or otherwise to our neighbours. Sorry New Furlongs you have lost a customer.
