I wouldn't even give 1 star
Where do I start.... I introduced my dog and woman was rude she did not acknowledge me or my dog! She took him and asked what I want! I requested a trim as I did not want him bald' when I returned he was completely bald apart from his face which still had his fur on (imagine a lion)!!
Well she handed him over and asked for £35!!! £35 I have a small dog which was butchered and didn't have his nails cut or anything!
The woman was very rude and highly priced

I have a very lively 3 year old.... Since leaving the dog house my dog has been by my side and had difficulty walking!! I checked over his paws and legs to find he has a bad cut behind his leg which is caused from cutting him so short' he has not been himself since and is not wanting to go for walks

Completely shocked with the service and very upset my dog is in pain !

Will never use this groomers again ! 38 years experience ?!? Of what butchering dogs 02-06-14
