I had 2 blinds in kitchen one frayed they replaced it with a different colour grey so have 2 different colours in my kitchen it looks awfull they just don't care about customers don't use this company I had Hilary's blinds up for 10 yrs without a problem this company is awfull rude girls answer phone to you and make appointments that arnt kept keep you waiting in all day don't turn up an utter rubbish company I text about blind being wrong colour not even a return text or call stay away from this company 24-11-15
