Hardies let my daughter down badly, they were rude unhelpful and used abusive language to her when the coach she booked to take 29 ladies to her hen doo at Ayr races failed to arrive. They didn't try to help us out all, and when pointed out that they were also booked for her wedding, the response was " tell me the date and I'll f...... cancel it!" What does that say about this company? I will NEVER recommend them!!!!
