I would propose a minus score would be better for this company. Whilst the drivers were lovely (but often late) their customer service / office staff are appalling. Actually reduced me to tears. They will block your number if you try and make a complaint, they will overcharge or agree a price with you but once you reach your destination charge you more and if you refuse to pay the additional (unagreed price) they will threaten you with the police. I took advice and reported them to the council but obviously with pandemic, I am doubtful anything will be done. All I can suggest is that you find another firm or risk the chance that they will do the same to you. I had used them solidly for years prior to this for airport runs, runs in to Edinburgh and back and even a funeral near Glasgow. The supposed "office manager" should be fired and blacklisted from any job working with the public again. I also heard how they spoke to their drivers, absolutely shameful.

Do not trust them as they are not worth your hard earned cash. I am telling as many people as I can to avoid them being scammed, spoken to like dirt and threatened. I can't do much more than what I have but they will NEVER get mine, my friends, my family or my company's business again.

I booked pre booked a taxi on Xmas day at 1140am to take the family back home at 2100hrs. I received a phone call at 830pm to state they woul no longer be taking us home despite prebooking! I hasten to add I shall never book again with this company totally unreliable. Their rationale was that they did not have a pet cab, I stated would another taxi not take us with a pug she is tiny and no problem in a car. They said sorry no! What happened to a verbal contract here I'm totally let down and angry that they just left us?? Never again!!
