It was late Saturday night/early Sunday morning so we knew we'd have to wait a little while but we were told half an hour. We waited 40 minutes and rang they said five minutes. Another 20 went past and we rang again and we were told 5 minutes again. We couldn't call another company so had to settle for a black cab. Very poor service. Operator didn't care that we'd waited so long and as far as we know it never turned up. Don't bother using them. 16-08-15
