I tried a dress from Natural Valley in Hounslow yesterday, I didn’t want to make a rush decision so I left it and went back today to purchase the dress. When I walked in the shop I could see the dresses had been sold. I asked the lady at the till her first response was “why didn’t you buy it yesterday? You should’ve bought it then!!!” They had an extra one on the window but she refused to take the display down so I could buy the dress. That is extremely lazy, these are the kind of staff you have representing your brand. I coach customer service for a living and I experienced appalling customer service in this shop. The lady in the shop was rude and unhelpful.
