I have lived in and around Cardiff for the past 6 years and have used many estate agents. Horizon properties are by far the worst I have ever come across!!

Firstly I could not move straight into the property as it needed to be cleaned (so I paid to stay in a hotel for 2 days). On moving in the property had not be cleaned one bit!! It was filthy throughout the house! I had to clean my room before moving my things in. I then proceeded to pop in to their office, day after day asking when they were going to clean it, they gave me excuse after excuse so I eventually gave up.
They also said the beds were all going to be changed (as they were all knackered) and that there was internet in the house, both yet again more lies!!

Throughout the whole time I was living there, they were coming around unannounced and entering the rooms even if you needed two seconds just to get ready! They even walked in on my housemate in a compromising position! And several times they left my room open, basically advertising what was in my room to people and then leaving it available for people to come and take what they want! There was no kettle or vacuum, and the glass was/is falling out from the shower.
All in all the worst agency and landlord I have ever been with, and a huge mistake. Totally regret not going with another agency, and I strongly recommend anyone reading this to never take up a contract with this poor excuse of an estate agent.

Seriously, there are many other awesome agencies in Cardiff, with plenty of awesome properties.

AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS!!
