Aggressive owner when I complained that my dress he had altered was covered in what looked like tea slops. £700 nearly for a dress that I needed for a wedding in 2 days. He was adamant the dress had been hung up in the bag all the time and no one had made this damage to it in his shop, even accusing me of handing in a dirty dress. How did he manage to do alterations if he never took it out the bag?? He didn’t like it when I said I had photos of the dress before handing it in and it was perfect. He was shouting and very aggressive, I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Local dry cleaners have told me they have had lots of complaints about this man and his attitude.
