Awful and upsetting haircut experience. She cut 6-7inchs more off than I asked. I clearly hair I just wanted a trim, my hair was roughly waist length and I left with just below shoulder length hair. She cut it so quickly that it was too late to do anything about the length. She said at the end that this haircut should last me a while... I don't know what that was supposed to mean... It will take 3+years for the hair to regrow to the length I had it and wanted it to remain at!
I'm so upset by this and will not be going back or recommend, especially to someone with longer hair and so much to loosevof their length or anyone who actually cares about their hair for that matter.
