Been going to this vet for the past eight years where we found them to be excellent. We had to have an emergency appointment yesterday for our little dog who was very sick, the vet we saw was pleasant and checked her over the vet offered us a couple of options we told her that what ever was needed to be done then do it we informed her we had vet insurance apart from examination she done when we first got there the vet insisted that she would give us an estimate we told her we would pay what ever it cost just treat the dog we were kept waiting for about 15 minuets while she compiled the estimate which I found very distressing while she was out of the surgery doing this estimate we noticed that the practice we thought we were going to had been sold to a company called medicare we had not been informed of this we had to go back later in the day as our little dog had to be put to sleep my husband had not had time to close the door before a nurse was there asking him for the payment to put the little dog down we had already paid the first bill I found this to be extremely distressing they were not interested in the insurance we had all they wanted was payment we will NOT BE GOING TO THIS VETERINARY PRACTICE AGAIN
