I booked an appointment to get Massage and facial, got there on time and they had the time wrong so one of the person who suppose to do the massage went home. So we thought okay mistakes happen we made 2nd appointment got there 15mins early. Both the Masseuse and masseur were not there. We waited and the lady came 30 mins late for the appointment and the guy never showed up. The lady just saying he is on his way and he never turned up. We waited in total of 2 hours. These people were unprofessionals who wasted our time and all they said was he is on his way and made us wait for 2 hours.

The staff didn't try to explain or even say a true sorry. They didn't care at all. Just blame the other guy for not turning up and said to get refund.

I went back to groupon and got my refund. Don't waste ur time or ur money on this place!! I honestly can't believe Groupon still has there adverts on there site.

Had my nails done by a lovely lady today also booked in for my hair next week very friendly place, will not be going anywhere else. Will be trying sone off the other treatments

I didn't not know why the local authority would allow such a disgusting place to be in business. I wish there was an option for me to add some pictures! When I walked in I was presented by the damp ceiling, scruffy and dusty surfaces. Damaged and over used, dirty furnitures...... My treatments were suppose to take 1hr and 45mins but I honestly there for only 35mins. Which during my treatments the girl applied some cream on my face and just left it and came back and whipped it off after and that was my facial? Seriously!!!! I really do not think that any of the staff cared about cleaning that salon at all. Disgusting!!! I went there using a Groupon offer, but seriously I recommend you to think twice about purchasing a deal or even thinking about going there before actually paying them a visit......NEVER AGAIN
