I would like to give this 0 stars however this does not appear to be an option. Mortimers in Clitheroe have been appalling to rent through. They have left repairs for months at a time, they have allowed service people to walk in whenever they please and without notice. They have attempted to take all my deposit and more and have attempted to make me responsible for damages that were already there. They have breached rules of confidentiality by giving me personal and financial details of one of their other clients. I am only pleased to say I no longer rent through them and I will never do so again.
