Just wanted to make you all aware of a guy called Kyle trading under the name of ASHCROFT PROPERTY SERVICES
My partner owns Work With Gas and posted a job vacancy on Sheffield Forum to ask for someone to come and help with some tiling
Gerry received quite a few private messages from different tradesmen, but out of them all decided to go with Kyle as his message looked the most professional and when we looked into his business page it looked really authentic, so decided to award the work to Kyle.

Having completed only half the work ( one full day ), Gerry received a call from Kyle, asking Gerry to pay him in cash Not transfer and to pay for both days, Gerry being the trusting type, was happy to pay in full, and in cash, for this and the last days work.

However. Whilst we were away on holiday, Gerry received a text from his decorator advising Kyle had failed to turn up to complete the 2nd days tiling.

With this news, we tried to contact Kyle, by sending polite texts asking if everything was ok, as we had heard the work was not completed and we were worried about him. We received No reply. On return from our holiday we have tried to call his mobile, which now comes up with a "Number no longer in use" message, his company landline number ( which is advertised on his website, yell and various other trades directory's ) and this number does not work either.

This is just a polite notice to you all, Public and Trade to be aware of this individual.

We have had our fingers burnt and would hate for anyone else to be taken in by this man.
