It is an awful company. If your loved one are unfortunate enough to be based at the Aspley unit, you can expect them to be cold and in seats that are falling to bits. It's about as clean as the inside of a bin. The disabled toilet is usually out of order so service users will be required to tackle the stairs if they need the toilet, even if they have been assessed as not safe on stairs. But don't worry one stop will ensure the risks are as high as can be, by ensuring there are no grab rails and a banister thats about to drop. Activities are regularly stopped or not as described to parents e.g. Paying bowling for 1 service user and having 3 share the go. And don't worry if you have no voice, one stop care will take every opportunity to take advantage of this and make sure you always do what a service user that can speak wants because, hay who will know if they get to do what they want or not. If you genuinely care for your loved ones wellbeing. Then please do yourself a favor and find a company that really does care. One stop care (Nottingham) Ltd should be called one stop care (about the profit, not the people) Ltd. 05-02-17
