Worst company ever! DO NOT use this company. I Booked a bouncy castle two months ago for my daughter's 3rd birthday party and they didn't even turn up. Initially the driver was running late which meant the castle wouldn't arrive until 30 mins into the party. Then he got lost and then gave up even bringing it all together. We had no communication about this from the company. It was only when we rang them to enquire about where it was that they actually gave us any information and didn't bother to let us know that they had decided not to deliver at all! Awful and appalling customer service. They made what should have been a happy and fun day, very stressful and upsetting. You spend weeks planning a party do not let this company ruin it for you! 14-08-16
