The girl colouring my hair carried out an incredibly brief consultation in-between chatting with her co-worker about her new boyfriend. She then did the worst possible job on my hair, creating a cheap orange shade broken up with bright yellow stripes. After two attempts to fix it I asked to see the manager, who was incredibly rude and told me that, regardless of how bad the colour was, I had had two hours of their time and would have to pay full price for it or they'd take me to court. Avoid at all costs.
