It's a pity your review page 'star' rating doesn't have a 'minus' option as it would fit nicely in the story of this man and his dealings.

My wife and I had our bathroom done (eventually) by Raymond Khan and his crew from the Garrion Bridge garden centre location and we had all sorts of excuses thrown at us (there were some crackers) to explain delay after delay as the job stalled.

We were told it would be a Monday-to-Friday event, however it turned into a Monday-to-Friday then another Monday-to-Friday before we saw it end.

Almost two-weeks of upheaval and chaos peppered with excuses you'd hear at a Primary school. I think he personally had two funerals to attend to (as did one of his fitters) and a bout of illness and I'm sure we were told the door manufacturer was having "delivery" issues. Reading of his dealings on here I'd allege those delivery issues would be down to Raymond Khan not paying the door manufacturer what he owed them.

I feel heart sorry for all those of you that have been left high and dry and out of pocket by this man. Thankfully (eventually) we did get the bathroom finished but it was a stress-filled fortnight.

If it's any comfort, there are genuine companies out there who do look after their customers. We've subsequently had a new kitchen fitted by another South Lanarkshire-based company (The Kitchen Depot outlet in East Kilbride) and everything went as smoothly they'd said it would.

Sadly con-men like Mr Khan will continue to prosper until the Government does something about it.

I feel blessed that despite a truly awful, stressful and anxiety filled few months my kitchen was finally completed and to a high standard. Save yourself the stress and avoid Garrion kitchen design and the new company he has set up in his wife's name, garrion kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Missed appointments, lies, goods paid for but not ordered, workers turning up for a couple of hours and then missing in action for weeks at a time. I lived without any kitchen facilities for 5 weeks.. the job took almost 8 weeks. I have no doubt that had I not been a thorn in Raymond's side I'd still have no kitchen. It could have been completed in a week with a decent company.

I'm gutted that I even have to leave one star. Well done Mr Khan you have successfully managed to scam hundreds of thousands of pounds from hard working people. This man has done this before but this time the customers are putting up a fight. Unless you want to join the growing number of people who have lost a lot of money and experienced real heartache then stay well clear of this man, his kitchen fitter David Carr and his wife Aileen Khan. Oh and watch out for the new company....Garrion Kitchens Bathrooms and Bedrooms...we are!

This crowd promise so much and deliver so little am now lead to believe they could be in administration. Raymond khan is a total con man done my mother-in-law out of 600 pounds.The unit at Hillington is closed up and they owe rent on it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! dreadful service - takes the money then lies constantly about completion dates. He subcontracts his work and during the nightmare 10 weeks so far they have not attended for one full day yet. I am currently left homeles as Garrion Design have left me with just a toilet bowl and some kitchen units. He refuses to give me my white goods despite me paying for them in February! I can't emphasise enough....do not use this comapny unless of course you have a spare 3 years and you are willing to put up a fight.

It's a minus 10 from me. One to be avoided at all costs. Owner should be renamed Jackanory tells some fanrastic tales of woe, but if you are looking for a job to be done fairly he's not your man.
