Used this jeweller following recommendations , after bing disappointed at the lack of knowledge exhibited in other jewellers shops locally. I am not originally from this area but London. As a consequence anything jewellery related was always a cab ride away from Hatton Garden, -the London jewellery quarter . Obviously I did not expect this kind of specialist knowledge and service here in Great yarmouth but the reality of how little the local so called"jewellers" and their "shop girls" were capable of, and their attitude was alarming . However, I cannot recommend this Jeweller his attitude and enthusiasm towards me as a customer enough , and would like to pass on the recommendation via this feedback. -Would not be out of place in the jewellery quarter back in London. 30-01-17
