BEWARE- Things you should know about Retro Cleaning!

When employed by them..

You will be on (kind of a) ZERO hour contract but with no advantages- For example you will be given hours that suit the company but you will be expected under the terms of your 'contract' to work ANY hours the company sees fit- even if its incovenient to you.
You will be earning minimum wage with no little to no chance of a payrise and/or bonuses.
You will pay a deposit- Your first months wages will be cut roughly in half with Retro with holding money in case of accidental damage etc.. But BEWARE if you in any way break ANY condition of your contract you will likely face a battle to claim this deposit back when you leave.
You will likely be expected to use your own vehicle to travel between customers and the rate per mile (fuel expenses) is considerably lower than any other company I've heard of.
You will likely need to book your WHOLE years holiday at the beginning of the year- also you need to save some of this holiday for christmas (this is compulsory) the company refuses holiday requests with short notice.
You will not have time off sick and expect to get away with it!- The company has extremely strict sickness policies and if you don't follow them exactly- expect disclipenary action.
You will likely have to ASK more than once to recieve a copy of you contract to take home- for some reason they aren't too keen on letting your contract leave their site.
