Incidentally paid 200 pounds more than their invoice for the trip to Cambridge. Could never get hold of anyone responsible to get the difference back. Then was advised that the accountant only works once a week. Then on my call No 10 someone Alan said he is GM and will refund the difference within few days. Nothing happened. After phone call No 20 Alan said he is driving and cannot talk. All that was in October. We are end December. Nothing.
