I asked Dan to quote for a job renovating my daughters flat. New kitchen. Roof work. Pointing brickwork etc He came out, measured up the work and said he would send me a quote. After 3 weeks, I hadn't heard, so rang and he said I would have the quote the following week. After another two week and no reply. I rang again for a final try and he replied to say one of his guys were off sick and he had to step in and do the work himself and he would get the quote to me as soon as possible. Four weeks later and no word. Firm are totally unreliable. Glad I didn't go with them, as if there had been a problem, they wouldn't return your calls. Be warned!!
