Have been a very regular customer here and have enjoyed it. However, could not make appointment due to work calling me in which is compulsory. Phoned to reschedule and was told it was not within the 72 hours cancellation period. This was not specified at the time of booking. The text reminder only comes out 24 hours before so not even within the cancellation period.
Very poor service and highly disappointing, especially as I have been a customer for 2 years. Will not be rebooking again and would not recommend anyone who is looking for good service.

Poor customer service.

Purchased voucher for facial &massage via Groupon - great deal.
Booked appointment but 2 days before came down with heavy cold as booked for facial & massage phoned to request to reschedule. Unhelpful receptionist told me could not reschedule as a Groupon booking needs 72hrs cancellation could give to someone else or would loose.
Called again that morning as couldn't give to anyone else at late notice and obvious I was full of cold, again told would have to loose and would not reschedule or waiver the 72hrs notice even told me if I came the therapist "would wear a mask" !! - great helps me a lot. When I said massage not indicated when you have a cold this was ignored, funny that as supposed to be a training academy.
Spoke to Groupon who were excellent they agreed very poor service and said studio could have changed date. They have refunded me and will give feedback to escape.
Would not recommend as obliviously all about the money.
